This is a certification for entry-level help desk technicians, end-user desktop support
technicians, IT students, interns, etc. The exam targets entry-level IT professionals and
secondary and immediate post-secondary students. The successful candidates are
qualified entry-level help desk technicians and customer support technicians, students,
and interns with at least 150 hours of instruction and hands-on experience.
Prerequisites: Candidates are expected to have reading and writing competencies of
at least the 8th grade level. They should also have two years of experience using a
desktop computer, laptop computer, or tablet as an end user. In addition, they should
have familiarity with using productivity applications, such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs.

- Exam vouchers are transmitted electronically via e-mail and are non-refundable.
- Expires one year after the date of purchase.

Vouchers will be fulfilled within 24 - 48 hours.
- The holder of this voucher is entitled to take one exam at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center or Online Proctored.
- The voucher can be used to take any one of the available Cisco Certified Support Technician exams.
- You will be emailed a retake code if you fail the exam. You may retake the exam after waiting 24 hours from when your initial exam started. Retake vouchers for CCST must be used within 60 days of the failed exam.
