Communication Skills for Business Certification - with retake & Practice Tests

The Communication Skills for Business (CSB) Professional Communication exam validates that workforce candidates understand key communication principles and skills necessary to be effective in a work environment. While the key skill being measured is communication, the nature of this exam will also help students with the other 3 of “the 4 C’s”:

Critical Thinking – which will happen as they think through how to effectively communicate
Collaboration – which will stem from effectively communicating with others
Creativity – which is required to present appealing communications

• Exam vouchers are transmitted electronically via e-mail and are non-refundable.
• Expires one year after the date of purchase.
• Vouchers will be fulfilled within 24 - 48 hours.
• The holder of this voucher number is entitled to take one exam at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center or Online Proctored.
• The voucher number can be used to take any one of the following CSB certification exams: Professional Communication or English for IT.
• If you do not pass the exam, a retake code will be emailed to you. You may retake the exam after waiting 24 hours from the time your initial exam was first started. Retake vouchers must be used within 30 days of the failed exam.
• Certiport Authorized Testing Centers (CATCs) reserve the right to charge a proctoring fee.
